We cut no corners when it comes to the quality of our components or the design choices to make our systems durable and resistant. We use connectors made of aerospace-grade steel or composite. Our steel or aluminium tubes are 1.25 to 3.5 mm thick. Standard panels are made of highly rigid 10 mm PVC foam. Our RR-400 riveted roller track has been known for its sturdiness for 20 years, and our plate-base wheels as standard make our systems popular for their robustness and durability.

Standard load 150 kg per level, can be raised to 350 kg with double-bar reinforcement options. We have designed our equipment with room to manoeuvre: in the standard 150 kg version, our equipment can actually take more than 400 kg. So we have something to fall back on. The plate bases and structures with diagonal reinforcements guarantee exceptional durability.

Compared with feet, the wheel bases substantially strengthen our systems at a very moderate additional cost. Don't hesitate to choose our systems on wheels, for the dual benefit of robustness and mobility.

The thickness of the tubes affects the strength of the products. They are 2 mm thick as standard, in both steel and aluminium. On aluminium versions, the optional 3.5 mm tube reinforces the structure for heavy-duty use, on products where a very high load is required. These choices can also have the double-bar option, which eliminates any bending for loads well in excess of 350 kg per level.
