Vertical integration,
from raw material to finished part

Our 4,000 m² parent factory houses the manufacturing machines and production processes that make Trilogiq a vertically integrated manufacturer. We own our moulds and control the entire chain, from composite injection to plastic extrusion.

This industrial choice has a single goal: keeping control over quality, lead times and costs — for the direct benefit of our customers.

Controlled quality

Integrated machines and processes that guarantee a consistent, high manufacturing standard.

Competitive pricing

Integrated production and bulk purchasing generate real economies of scale.

Continuity of supply

Trilogiq the manufacturer means guaranteed availability and continuity of supply.

Thirty years of product evolution

1992

Trilogiq is born with the Dynapick "pick to light" system for the automotive industry.

1999

The Lean-Tek steel tubular system enters the market.

2003

Opening of the new St-Ouen-l'Aumône factory (2,000 m²).

2010

R&D begins on the Graphit aluminium-composite system.

2012

Plastic injection brought in-house: internal production of RR-400 rollers.

2014

Arrival of the first Graphit® aluminium-composite products.

2015

Two-material press shop. Opening of the dedicated Graphit factory.

2019

Launch of the Graphit S range: aluminium profiles and compact connectors.

Today

… and the story continues: vertical integration keeps evolving, toward ever more autonomy, quality and performance.

Graphit® manufacturing in a dedicated factory

€10M has been invested since 2014 to produce the Graphit® two-material composite components. A shop of 150- and 200-tonne two-material presses ensures a high manufacturing standard.

Take the GT-L two-material mould: injection of the composite body loaded with 65% glass fibre, 180° rotation, then a second TPU injection (grip and closure). Full cycle: 45 seconds.

Composite injection

Parts that are always exactly identical

Composite injection guarantees rigorously identical parts. Our high-precision stainless-steel moulds ensure absolute stability and consistency of the components.

We also integrate plate cutting and their assembly into various shapes, such as compartments and bins.

The press shop
One of the most modern composite-injection press shops in Europe.

To guarantee quality, independence and competitive pricing, there is no other way than to integrate production: standardising a high level of requirement, scaling production and purchasing to achieve economies of scale.

The YT-L / YT-R caster plate

Our steel caster plates were heavy and expensive. In 2015 we replaced them with single-piece composite counterparts: sharply reduced price, mass divided by 3, stiffness at least equal thanks to meticulous R&D.

11 years on, tens of thousands of products fitted with composite plates are installed at our customers. A 1,200 kg mould handles production on a 150-tonne press.

RR-400 roller rails · since 2000

Full mastery of a reference product

Since 2000, the riveted RR-400 roller rail has been a reference for its robustness and value for money. Its assembly was progressively integrated into factory A on our French site.

Roller injection, brought in-house in 2012, completes full mastery of RR-400 production, with very high-quality rollers.

Our profiles, made to the desired length

In 2015, factory A in St-Ouen-l'Aumône acquired a new extrusion machine — €300k. It produces three types of very high-quality profiles for Flowracks and roller-rail products.

Being a manufacturer also means making them to the desired length, with no waste: supply security, competitive pricing and quality.

The geometry is guaranteed

The rigid PVC profile leaving the extruder enters the sizing zone, where its geometry is precisely set.
