The 4 golden rules of assembly

Some simple tips to help you assemble your LeanTek applications faster and make them even stronger.

Rule 1

Support roller tracks at least every 180 cm

No support = risk of bending	With support = robust and durable.

Rule 2

Cut to the right length and fit the tube to the endstop of the joint

A tube cut too short reduces grip by 50%.	Fit the tube to the endstop.

Rule 3

Never assemble dynamic racks wider than 150 cm without support

Rack too wide = risk of bending.
Maximum width : 150 cm.

2 smaller applications offer better durability.

Rule 4

Fit diagonal bracing


NO	YES
Without diagonal bracing = risk of the application moving out of square = risk of connectors coming apart.	With diagonal bracing = application keeps its original shape = durability.
