Trilogiq has 12 years experience in designing and installing picking support systems.

Dynapick is an electronic system for use with flow racks and forms part of the Poka-Yoke technique.

It also acts as a “stop and problem notification” tool for the Lean Manufacturing method, where its particular strength is to avoid errors before they have the chance to occur.
How Dynapick works

  1. Entering the ‘part’ data turns on the indicator lamps identifying the locations of those parts to be picked.

  2. Picking a part from the correct container turns off the lamp and the selection is validated by the computer system. If the wrong part is picked, an audible alarm warns the operator. The lamp identifying the correct container stays on to show the operator the location of the correct part. This process continues until all the correct parts have been picked.

  3. New cycle begins.
